It’s also been VEGANUARY. Has anyone tried veganism for a month? It’s not as easy as it sounds for some. Changing your diet after so long can be a challenge. Why not try being flexitarian? Try a couple of meatless meals a week. If you enjoy your new plant-based dishes, skip meat a couple more days. (Make sure you consult a qualified health individual to check it’s ok for you to do so).
